In March of 2022 Allie was diagnosed with high-grade glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. During her time in treatment, Allie and our family received generous support from all over in many different forms. One such way was in the form of a hand-tie fleece blanket to take with her to treatments. This became a beloved form of comfort for Allie.

 

After Allie passed in October of 2022, our family knew we wanted to give back and deliver kindness in the form of blankets. Allie's Lunar Love is a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is to provide comfort to those who may be going through a hard time in the form of cuddly, hand-tie blankets.
